چکیده

Clubroot disease is a kind of soil-borne that seriously infects Brassica species. In this study, we collected 121 varieties non-heading Chinese cabbages. order to better understand the genetic variation and screen suitable clubroot disease-resistant parental material, re-sequenced them examine population structure, diversity, differentiation index, selective sweep based on SNPs. The mapping rate with reference genome was high, data quality analysis revealed sequencing good. annotated indicated intronic intergenic areas held majority SNPs indels. Four subgroups cabbages were identified using principal component analysis, phylogenetic tree, structure analysis. An examination diversity while selfing may happen in C D, heterozygosity exist A B. subgroup B, self-fertilization not possible. There moderate degree between B (Fst = 0.0744347). For genes certain regions, also ran GO enrichment KEGG Two resistance-related genes, BraA01g042910.3.5C BraA06g019360.3.5C, examined. These findings will serve as theoretical foundation for developing novel, types

Fine Mapping of a Clubroot Resistance Gene in Chinese Cabbage Using SNP Markers Identified from Bulked Segregant RNA Sequencing

Clubroot, caused by Plasmodiophora brassicae, is an important disease of canola (Brassica napus) in western Canada and worldwide. In this study, a clubroot resistance gene (Rcr2) was identified and fine mapped in Chinese cabbage cv. "Jazz" using single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) markers identified from bulked segregant RNA sequencing (BSR-Seq) and molecular markers were developed for use in...

Genetic diversity analysis of common beans based on molecular markers

A core collection of the common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.), representing genetic diversity in the entire Mexican holding, is kept at the INIFAP (Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Forestales, Agricolas y Pecuarias, Mexico) Germplasm Bank. After evaluation, the genetic structure of this collection (200 accessions) was compared with that of landraces from the states of Oaxaca, Chiapas and Ve...

Genetic Diversity of Avicennia Marina in Costal Ecosystems of Southern Iran Based on Molecular Markers and Morphological Characteristics

Iranian mangrove forests provides valuable information to prevent genetic erosion in the gene pool of these ecosystems. The aim of this study was to investigate the genetic diversity among mangrove forests located in four different regions of Iran, based on morphological characteristics and microsatellite markers. Cluster analysis of molecular data, using neighbor joining algorithm classified t...

Efficiency of anchored and non-anchored ISSR markers to estimate genetic diversity among bread wheat cultivars

DNA markers are integrally connected to the success of molecular breeding and are fundamentally required by breeders to be able to, a. identify new gene sources in the available biodiversity, b. select parents in order to increase heterosis, c. decrease the number of backcross generations for gene introgression breeding programs, and d. carry out marker-assisted selection (MAS). The present re...

Chinese Cabbage Clubroot Pathogen, Plasmodiophora brassicae, Is Genetically Stable

Single spore isolates of Plasmodiophora brassicae e4 and e9 obtained from diseased Chinese cabbage were identified as race 4 and race 9, respectively, by the Williams' differential variety set. To confirm the possibility of variation in same generation and progeny of a single spore isolate of P. brassicae, random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) analysis was conducted using the URP 3, 6 and OPA...
